The check-in flow builder is the feature I use every day. I built a nightly reflection flow with a breathing exercise, felt word check-ins, and voice to text fields so clients can talk instead of type, and I can rearrange or edit any step myself without a developer. That alone replaced three separate tools I was paying for and stitching together by hand.
The program structure is deep enough to hold a real multi month curriculum with modules and weekly content, but I never feel like I'm fighting the interface to get there. I went from juggling a scheduling app, a form tool, and a separate content library down to one system, which cuts my monthly software cost and, more importantly, cuts the number of places a client has to go to find something.
Support is the standout. Nour, the founder, has answered questions directly and fast, some through direct messages and others live on a q and a. That level of access from a founder is rare, and it's made building on the platform feel like a partnership instead of a support ticket queue.
I was genuinely worried that this amount of features would mean a slow app performance, but the speed was remarkable and it's only gotten better through updates. I can integrate Claude or use their in-house AI, which I actually find preferred when having it build custom worksheets for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the more advanced configuration, particularly around custom flow logic and conditional steps, can feel like a lot to learn. One thing that I can mention for this is Nour hosts Q&A's basically every other day, and has answered every single question I've had. I've been able to reach him through direct message and live and see changes happen within an hour.
A few pre-built defaults, like the standard check-in flows, aren't obviously separated from the ones I create myself, so it took some digging to understand which was firing for a client and why. A clearer distinction in the interface between platform defaults and custom builds may prevent that confusion. This honestly will just become a question I ask at the next Q&A. Feels amazing that I can type that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
