I find it thrilling that Coach has used the concept of microlearning and integrated the use of games into the training program. It reproduces a form of learning wherein large volumes of training lessons are transformed into smaller lessons thus making learning interesting and stimulating. It has insufficient capabilities for creating interesting learning experiences from the ground up such as interactivity, media, or a scenario-based experience.
