What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

The high level of configurability is a real strength. We’ve been able to tailor workflows, approval hierarchies, and forms to fit our internal processes, instead of having to reshape our processes to fit the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?

There’s a lot of functionality packed into this platform, so it can take some time to uncover every feature that’s actually relevant to my role. Still, that feels like a small trade-off for having so much capability available in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to spend a lot of time manually building reports in spreadsheets, pulling data from multiple systems. With CMiC’s reporting tools, we can generate what we need directly within the platform. That has freed up hours for our finance team, so they can focus more on analysis rather than compiling data.As we've grown, keeping consistent processes across multiple projects and offices became harder to manage. CMiC gives us a standardized platform everyone works from, which has made it much easier to maintain consistency and onboard new project teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
