While Clym’s interface is clean, a challenge for design-conscious organizations is the lack of granular aesthetic control. The out-of-the-box widget design (launcher button, pop-up modal, and overlay settings) can sometimes clash with a highly customized website design. This could be resolved by expanding the customization panel to allow for deeper control over CSS, typography, custom icon shapes, and button micro-interactions.
