What do you like best about Cluedin?

Very easy to get started with. The first option just to get data into the system with files or databases meant that I could get data in and out pretty quick. (Unlike some other MDM products I have tried, where I almost had to solve the problem outisde of the tool before I could get started).

The AI features are really good, especially for someone that is not too technical.

What do you dislike about Cluedin?

Terminology takes time to learn. The documentation is good, but learning new terms can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cluedin solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have product data from 7 different ERP systems and almost daily, our business gets the request to fix problems caused by this. We now have a clean and consolidated list of products that is easy to share, high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
