What do you like best about ClueCommand - Escape Room Clue Software & Control System?

What actually helps is that the players don’t sit there waiting while staff mess about with the tech. If they need a clue, they send it. If they need to pause, they pause. Music and the screen in the room are right there too. New staff get the hang of it pretty quick, which matters for us because not everyone is great with computers. Once a game is set up, running it is straightforward. The first setup takes a bit of faffing, but after that it’s just part of the shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClueCommand - Escape Room Clue Software & Control System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this, if I wasn’t the one running the room, things got messy. Different people did the timer differently, clues went out late, and the screen in the room didn’t always match what was going on. ClueCommand keeps it the same whoever’s on shift. They can see the clock, send a clue, and sort the music without walking off and leaving the group.
