What do you like best about ClueCommand - Escape Room Clue Software & Control System?

What I like best is running the game from one screen. I start the timer, send a clue, play a sound cue and see which puzzle the team is on without switching tools. The room TV updates as I do it, and I can start and stop the timer on my phone too which is nice. We started on the free plan for one room, so we could use it on a real game before paying. What problems is ClueCommand - Escape Room Clue Software & Control System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can start the timer from outside the room which saves running back to the control room to start the game. Also I can track what puzzle the group is on which is useful. All clues are stored on the system and you can send text, images and videos too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
