What do you dislike about Club OS?

There are some troubles with leads being able to come in a new leads more than once and the system not recognizing it and then having duplicate accounts. The search function sometimes needs more information than should be necessary to find an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Club OS:

I have not used a competing system but have enjoyed my time with Club OS that I wouldn’t consider another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Club OS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because everyone on the team can see past contacts to a lead, we are able to ensure that information isn’t repreated to ensure we’re continually progressing in our contacts with that lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
