What do you like best about Club Caddie Course Management Solutions?

I love that it does everything in one program. It's way easier to use than the system we came from that had at least five different apps. I like that it's cloud-based so I can use it from my laptop from anywhere. Our members like that they can look up their bills online and pay everything on a tab. What do you dislike about Club Caddie Course Management Solutions?

On some of our older touchscreen monitors (the square kind), we can't use all of the features without some losses in functionality. In fairness, they told us that the monitors, which are about 15 years old are not supported and we had to spend about $200/monitor for newly upgraded touch screen monitors that are much better. Recommendations to others considering Club Caddie Course Management Solutions:

The software is really extensive. I'm learning new things about what the software can do every day but there can be alot to take in at first so ask a lot of questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Club Caddie Course Management Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to increase rounds by offering tee times online. We've automated billing which has saved a lot of time in our accounting function. Our customers really like the mobile app. We've had a lot of benefits. Since I've only been using it for a few months, I will update this with more later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
