**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

If you think you know yourself -- I ensure you, you will know exactly who you are after using cloverleaf. The assessments were easy to navigate and quick. You receive immediate feedback and insight on you. Not to mention you can utilize as a team (such as we do) and receive quick insights on your teammates to make working together more enjoyable. Everyone is different, and this is a wonderful way to gain a deeper more thoughtful look at your team as a whole. Which is absolutely wonderful for not only managers but coworkers in general. I love getting a daily tip in my email based on who I have meetings with that day. Learning how to better communicate with someone (especially a virtual team) makes it that much easier to knock out projects, have meetings or simply connect better. I opt in to daily email insights about myself and my team, which frequently is helpful. I have also learned better ways to motive myself professional and personally. It also has given a deeper understanding as to why I react/respond to various things I do. Implementing Cloverleaf as a team was a simple task, and integrating it everyday has been a joy. Highly recommend--you definitely enhance your communication and teamwork skills quickly.

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The comparison tool. This has been invaluable in coaching my staff to understand more about the people they work with and how to find the best way to communicate and collaborate.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I can not think of anything that is a downside. It's really a great tool that I use nearly every day. The only suggestion I would make is that the DISC test can be the full version if possible.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization had a large turnover in the past two years. We needed to both reassure existing staff as well as onboard new staff quickly. Cloverleaf provided a neutral space for employees to go to better understand themselves as well as their co-workers. Now that our staff has stabilized we are digging deeper and Cloverleaf is a benefit to identify areas of growth potential.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. Glad that you find the comparison tool in the team dashboard helpful in coaching your team to work better together.

  ### 29. Cloverleaf has been super helpful for our team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anish K. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf has been a great addition to our team, especially for new hires. It's great for each of us to better understand ourselves and our colleagues. Like how they use multiple different psychology quizzes and assessments. The coaching tips and insights for each of us has been super helpful and really have enjoyed using the product.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It won't solve culture issues. Initially brought this in as a way to better understand our company culture and doesn't accomplish that. Expectations when using it should be clear that it's a helpful add-on to better understand yourself and your colleagues

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving understanding each of our colleagues and their personalities. Makes me more self-aware and understanding of my own strengths and weaknesses. Found a lot of benefit for each of our colleagues who use the platform.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. Cloverleaf deepens understanding between teammates, helps with communication and fosters collaboration by teaching people the right words to use and the actions to take when working together. We're glad that you're seeing the impact of automated coaching with your team.

Cloverleaf helps me manage a large team with lots of personalities and strengths by utilizing the dashboard of insights. I'm able to learn about myself as well.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It's most powerful right at the beginning of the journey since everyone is excited to dive in and learn more. The daily emails are helpful, but usage does seem to dip after a while.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me understand more about my teammates and what makes them tick.

**Official Response from Osa Tunde-Oni:**

> Hi Kate! Thank you for the review. That's what Cloverleaf is all about, managing and celebrating cognitive diversity by utilizing the unique strengths that make your team more efficient. Looking forward to helping you understand more about your teammates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I like how I am able to see how my personality works with my coworker's personalities.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There is no option to say that I don't know a coworker because they are in a different location.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing our team to see how we engage with each other and our tasks.

  ### 33. Coaching the masses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elliott B. | Executive Performance Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf is the future. It's the way to bring insight and micro-coaching to the masses. Teams are better for using it and companies more productive. Eliminate the noise in your organization and sign up now.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The admin dashboard is clunky in the new version and reports are not as easily accessible.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Micro coaching tips is a great resource for coaching at all levels of an organization.

  ### 34. Cloverleaf is VITAL for team health

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf offers something unique in that it makes it practically effortless to know your teammates better and understand how your personalities blend.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I honestly can't think of one thing I dislike about cloverleaf.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insights into each person on our team AND the overall strengths and weaknesses of our team collectively. It shows us where to double down and where we can grow.

  ### 35. An essential tool for managing remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Founder & CEO at rapid alpha, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf helps our global team better understand the personalities behind the words being spoken. This is especially important as our team is spread out over 6 continents with different cultural norms, varying levels of command of the English language, and differing technical capabilities. Cloverleaf cuts through these challenges and helps us communicate with the person behind the IM messages, video calls, and emails.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It is always a balance with the team between completing the questionnaires and having your personality profile on display and respecting their privacy and vulnerability. We managed this concern by having our executives complete the tests, holding a meeting to share why it is important to take the test, and letting people know participation isn't mandatory.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Big challenges being solved include overcoming the cultural barrier with our people. I also find the tool gives great reminders with the Cloverleaf coaching to remind me of other team members' emotional needs and ambitions. Our employees that are new to the work force get a lot of out understanding the social norms of pleasant and sometimes uncomfortable conversations. I also like how our investment in this tool underscores concrete actions we take to help elevate our team.

  ### 36. Extreme Value-add for Business Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisabeth G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I have been using Cloverleaf with several coaching clients for the past 6-9 months. My clients love that they are getting to know themselves better AND are learning how best to communicate with & motivate their team members. The daily coaching tips make all the difference, as it is a small "daily dose" of personal & professional development that can be used in real-time. This tool is also helping me, as the coach, to better understand my clients and how I can serve them best in helping them reach their goals.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I do not have any complaints or even any constructive feedback to provide in regard to making the tool better. I would love to see more assessment tools become available in the coming months.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf is solving the problem of knowing our individual strengths and weaknesses yet not having the resources available to use that knowledge or to put that knowledge into action, to benefit our company, our colleagues and our personal development and growth.

**Official Response from Osa Tunde-Oni:**

> Hi Elisabeth, thank you so much for the glowing review! Helping you with make a difference as a coach and leader is what we're about!

  ### 37. How to discover new adventures of yourself and your team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DeLorean G. | Lead Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The daily coaching tips. They are surprisingly accurate! The quality I appreciate most is self-learning. I answered a few questions, and this program has divulged characteristics within myself that I could not put a name to.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

At this time, I have not found anything I do not like about this program. I say this jokingly, I don't like how well it knows me! Honestly, this program is exceptional and I am glad to be a member of its organization.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem CloverLeaf is solving is better communication amongst my team. After learning about our teammate's communication styles, we've worked through our problems and found valid solutions through communication and understanding.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> We often hear "Cloverleaf knows me better than I know myself". By putting words around your strengths and communication style, you can better see your unique contribution to your team. Thanks for the great feedback about Cloverleaf. We're glad that it's making an impact on communication and understanding with your team.

  ### 38. Interesting to learn about my strengths

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The daily helpful hints - good insights and encouraging

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

One more thing to do per day, but the email is quick

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

interactions between me and my colleagues

  ### 39. Insightful, collaborative, and fun to engage!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa W. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The daily insight tips help me be more aware of communication dynamics, watch-outs, and clear action items to improve upon. The integration with your calendar, ability to see across your whole team, and personal assessments are a couple of the features I enjoy the most.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The breakdown of tips for each person in your calendar that day can be overwhelming. It's a lot of information to digest - being able to pick a person from your calendar to get a tip from would be a cool, helpful enhancement.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is increasing our ability to have empathy for one another, more effective communication, and learn about ourselves too! We have started sharing our daily insights with each other and talking about what resonates; this has added a level of vulnerability to our day-to-day.

**Official Response from Osa Tunde-Oni:**

> Hello Marissa, thank you for the awesome review. We love that you resonate with your insights and are using these to deepen your bond with your teammates. We'll continue working on improving and enhancing your daily coaching experience.

  ### 40. New to the team? This helps!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Domonique P. | Specialist, HRBP, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I enjoy gaining insight into the people I will be interacting with in meetings. As a new person in the company, it has taken the guessing game out of planning and navigating interactions, making you more efficient. Also, you can see how your team is weighted to see if there are any areas you aren't covering to help you all work together.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I hit a wall on one of the assessments because I could not answer quite a few questions definitively. The answers were either too close or did not resonate with me.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning how to interact with people throughout the company, avoiding the fumbling of trial and error. It makes meetings stay on track easier and assists with the overall view of our team and the company.

**Official Response from Osa Tunde-Oni:**

> Hi Domonique, congrats on the new job! Helping our users navigate and build on/strengthen everyday workplace interactions is one of the core drivers of Cloverleaf and we're glad we've been able to help you.

Thank you for the input on your assessment experience. We'll continually work on improving your Cloverleaf experience.

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Train daily my perspective and a teammate.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There are no downsides, and the time frame in which the notes are published in Outlook is ideal.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personality and communication alignment.

  ### 42. Love engaging and learning about how to work together!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie E. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I enjoy the daily update emails which encourage me to get back into the site and explore more about how I can be a better leader and encourage ownership among others.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I dislike that when I like/dislike a tip from an email that I am redirected to a site with the same tip. I would also appreciate being able to be redirected to the team dashboards easier through that same experience.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping me solve communication gaps with other team members. As a product owner, I have a much different personality than many of my engineers and the curated tips based upon their specific personalities help me to have better personal and working relationships with those team members.

  ### 43. It has been both powerful and useful

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

That it really provides accurate feedback, it is crazy to me how correct they are when studying my personality and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Sometimes the actual tests are boring, but I guess that it is what drives such good results. Maybe make them more dynamic.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the daily coaching tips it helps me to remain focused and drives great results.

  ### 45. Insightful for managers and teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela L. | SVP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The insights provided by Cloverleaf were incredibly helpful in getting to know new team members and direct reports on work style, motivations, communications styles, etc. and how to truly work best as a team and with individuals. It also helped to bring more awareness to my own work styles and where I may need to adjust to be most effective with individuals. The ongoing coaching tips are critical to keeping these insights at the center of an ongoing relationship with the team, versus a "one-and-done", forgettable experience that so many other assessment programs tend to become.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It can be time-consuming to complete the assessments in the beginning, and some people were easily overwhelmed. The beauty of the program once they are completed, however, is a more complete picture and better coaching tips and insights once enough data is completed.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf has helped both my team and my organization become both more self-aware and more attuned to the needs and strengths of the team as a whole. I find we are communicating more effectively and with more compassion, understanding and trust.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review Angela. We're glad that Cloverleaf helped your team to become more self-aware and understanding of one another.

  ### 46. Team Discovery Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Learning about my own personal assessments. The daily inspirational emails are nice and I found them to be insightful.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Most of Cloverlead was based off comparing yourself to a team. I would have liked it to be more personal and less team focused.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This would help teams to learn more about each other so we are able to work better with each other on a more personal level.

  ### 47. Most of the assessments on market. Interesting and useful to an extend.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I like ben able to do most of the assessments, also like having a preview of who you are meeting with according to your calendar.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I don't know if this in a way confirm bias prior meeting someone.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding and adapting communication to work effectively with different cultural and personal backgrounds.

  ### 48. A new way to see yourself and peers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura S. | Implementation Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I guess the best thing for me has been the daily helpful hints about myself as well as my team. A little more insight into how people communicate and their workstyle. I find that very helpful when responding to those team members via email or zoom.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I feel that the one day session just was the tip of the iceberg - much more to learn. My manager said having done it three times was very helpful. So I'd be up for that too!

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping most with communication skills among my peers and managers. I think before I send an email because of what I learned.

  ### 49. Overall great platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara F. | Administrative Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love having the ability to have hiring candidates complate a few of the personality tests and then being able to compare them to others on the team.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Once you've learned about how you compare to another person on your team, there's nothing else you can do to learn about them from there, other than receiving emails that give you additional insight.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personality tests when hiring, this is a big benefit for us instead of paying for multiple other tests. Also being able to having everyone in the company on one platform and being able to see how you work with anyone else.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Good idea to use Cloverleaf during the hiring process. The in-Cloverleaf platform coaching tips are also a great way to work through specific challenges around communication, conflict and collaboration. Thanks for the great review of Cloverleaf.

  ### 50. It is one of the best pieces of technology I use on a daily basis.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kira J. | Assistant Director of Sustainability & Leadership, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love how you can compare and contrast individuals within a team. The daily coaching tips are real and honest and are very helpful in understanding yourself and your co-workers.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish the emails would come together so it's a daily one rather than the numerous I receive.
I would also prefer to be able to better toggle the assessments rather than create new teams.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are specifically helpful in improving team dynamics and understanding oneself in the workplace. I would say that it benefits the entire team in the workplace but for me specifically it's all about data, facts, and extra information.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Kira,
Thanks for your great review of Cloverleaf. We're glad that you use it on a daily basis for your coaching tips and for your co-workers. Appreciate the feedback about the daily emails--will share that with our product team. Cloverleaf is all about building thriving teams, so we're glad that you see the impact on your entire team.
