What do you like best about Cloudways?

Cloudways has been helping me run my blog-based website so efficiently for the past couple of months. Previously, I had been using cPanel-based hostings, which consumed a lot of time in making even little changes. So I dug deep and found Cloudways' dashboard really intuitive and easy enough to workaround.

I tested a few hostings before switching to Cloudways. And I found Clouways to be the best, because of their ability to render the pages more efficiently, providing an easy-to-use dashboard, cost-effective, and ability to scale up server with just one click.

Moreover, the support team has always been so helpful at any time of the day or not. It's really efficient when you're working at a job and you've side hustle running as a website. You have the flexibility to reach out to the support team whenever you want.

Also, the backup technology of Cloudways has been a life-savior. I once made some changes to the website on terminal, without realizing I had done a blunder. The whole website crashed, but as the auto-backup feature was on, I was able to restore the lasted backup of the website, without losing any data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

Cloudways render the pages fine, but sometimes Varnish (the caching system of Cloudways) has problems with displaying the latest data. Moreover, I once needed the root access for a Server Side Rendering application, and it turns out that it's not available due to security reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I was using a cPanel hosting, the website has sometimes problems with the uptime. I could see in my Google Search Console that the Googlebot had problems in the past, the issue was never fixed, despite multiple attempts, so to fix this technical SEO glitch of my website, I had to switch to Cloudways.
