What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is how simple it makes our day-to-day calling. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I can quickly find call history, contacts, and recordings without wasting time figuring things out.

The integrations are also really useful because they keep our calling activity connected with the other tools we use. It means less switching between systems and makes it easier to keep customer conversations organized.

Performance has been reliable, which is probably one of the most important things for a calling platform. I also find the call recording and analytics helpful when I need to review conversations or check activity.

The AI features are a nice bonus, especially for things like transcriptions and call summaries. They save some manual work and make it easier to go back through conversations.

From a value-for-money perspective, CloudTalk has been worthwhile because it brings calling, reporting, integrations, and useful automation together in one place. The onboarding was straightforward as well, and whenever we needed help, support was responsive.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I haven’t come across any major issues with CloudTalk so far. The platform is straightforward to use, the integrations fit well into our workflow, and the overall call performance has been reliable. I also like having features such as analytics, call recording, and AI tools available in the same platform.

CloudTalk helps us solve the challenge of managing business calls in a more organized and efficient way. The integrations also help keep our customer information and communication connected with our existing workflow.

It saves time, makes it easier to keep track of conversations, and gives us better visibility into call activity.
