"CloudShare Streamlines Reusable Demo and Testing Environments"

What do you like best about CloudShare?

In my day-to-day work as a Solution Engineer, I regularly need environments for customer demos, internal testing, and PoCs. CloudShare allows me to create a complete technical setup, verify that all components work correctly, and save it as a reusable environment for future engagements.

Instead of manually deploying and configuring the same infrastructure for every project, I can start from an already tested setup and quickly provide an isolated environment to the relevant users. This improves consistency, reduces troubleshooting during live sessions, and lets me spend more time on the actual solution rather than environment preparation. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

At the beginning, the UI can feel slightly complex, especially when configuring an environment for the first time. Some options are not immediately obvious and require a bit of exploration. However, the experience improves with every setup. Once I understood the platform structure and configuration workflow, creating and managing environments became much faster. What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudShare solves the challenge of providing every student or workshop participant with an identical, ready-to-use technical environment. I prepare and validate one environment, select how many copies I need, add a step-by-step guide, and the complete workshop setup is ready within minutes. This removes the need to configure machines individually, reduces setup issues during the session, and allows me to focus on the actual workshop instead of troubleshooting access or configuration differences.
