Once you understand the UI and how the pieces relate to each other, you can easily create remote classes for any number of people. The support team is top-notch and dedicated to immediate resolution. The usage buckets are only available on a monthly basis. Our user patterns tend to heavy use at one time of the year and very low use at another time of the year, so we have to manage the heavy months very carefully to get by without overage charges. Having an option that would average usage out over a larger period of time would be extremely helpful in managing our usage patterns.
