We value CloudShare for providing scalable, ready-to-use training labs that eliminate complex learner setup and deliver a consistent hands-on experience globally. The ability to reuse preconfigured environments, support multiple tool releases, and monitor learners makes it particularly effective for our OnDemand and instructor-led technical training. Overall, CloudShare works well for our virtual training needs. Opportunities for improvement include faster and more consistent performance for resource-intensive labs, improved accessibility across regions, and a more seamless experience for learners accessing and using complex lab environments. CloudShare removes the dependency on learners configuring complex local environments by providing standardized, ready-to-use virtual labs. This enables us to scale hands-on technical training globally while reducing infrastructure and support overhead and improving consistency across our training programs.
