What do you like best about clouDNA?

We like the usability of the cloudDNA, very functional in its approach and provides KPI's that help us make decisions. We also like how usable the cloudDNA is for its user base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about clouDNA?

We're looking for cloudDNA to have API's to more cloud solutions i.e. ServiceNow, major player in the Service Management space and I am sure the traction will help users too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is clouDNA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're looking for a cloud solution that can speak and provide KPI's from our customers in order to help generate revenue and reduce costs. CloudDNA provides that well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
