"Hotkeys Make CloudLex a Joy to Use"

4.5/5

What do you like best about CloudLex?

There are so many things I love about CloudLex! One of my recent favorites is keyboard shortcuts. I absolutely love the addition of hotkeys, especially control S. Being able to use familiar shortcuts like control save in CloudLex made me so excited I had to tell my colleagues. It lets me work the way I'm used to, making everything feel more natural and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudLex?

There are some areas which are clunky when it comes to UI/UX. I find that when creating a new Matter, the separate collapsed "boxes" or sections are difficult to navigate or scroll. Similarly, I've found that scrolling through other fields is difficult. Smooth scrolling and navigation are essential to working efficiently so I'd love to see some upgrades in these areas! What problems is CloudLex solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudLex is helping our firm create a single "source of truth" for case management. By using CloudLex and standardizing processes, workflows, and operations we can all work more efficiently, have better insight into the lifecycle of our cases, and ultimately do our jobs better. One of our favorite features is the CloudLex Client Messenger! Our staff are embracing that ability to communicate with clients, without having to use personal cell phones, and have the ability to capture that conversation, documents, etc within the matter.
