CloudLex is a life saver! It allows us to better manage our caseload and be able to see what each other is doing or what needs to be done on the files. If CloudLex isn't syncing properly, it's a headache. The only other thing I dislike is if you are in the Discovery folder, for example, and subfolders are also there, when you click the main Discovery folder, it shows you everything that is in every subfolder, so if you have a document that is not designated for a subfolder and that is the only document you want to see, there isn't a way to filter it out (that I am aware of).
