To make their service complete, efficient and with the technology to make the usage of their website super effortlessly. I'm very content and I cant wait for what other features they will develop next to continue improving. Their AI function to search for specific items o subjects on the recorded footage is also ideal. **What do you dislike about Cloudastructure?** Footage review can be more than 9 sec at a time. **What problems is Cloudastructure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Constant and reliable feed at all times, easy access to all my locations on the same website, access to video review when ever we need it, display of all cameras and layout that are customizable to our liking. ### 2. Once I download footage, I can save it all together and pull clips from different cameras and locations into one place. Then, I can share it with relevant parties, which has been very helpful for communicating with the police in certain situations. The initial setup was relatively easy, and the service call to get started was quick and painless. I found the transition to using the platform to be relatively seamless. Switching to Cloudastructure allowed us to expand from three cameras to 48 on the property. Overall, I have loved using Cloudastructure. **What do you dislike about Cloudastructure?** Right now, our Internet speed is not as high as we need it. So that's more of an internal issue for us, as a company. So we're not able to really take advantage of the AI features. Other than that, like, maybe being able to see the footage in real time, instead of having to download and then wait for it to like, an hour or two for it to download before viewing. **What problems is Cloudastructure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudastructure cuts down on the time it takes to review footage, helps us better track what's happening at our property, and the ability to save playlists is very helpful. ### 3. Their instructions and updates keep me informed about things happening on the property, which is amazing and helpful. The platform makes it simple to pull up past data, whether it's days, weeks, or months old. The service works well, and downtime issues are addressed quickly, often without me having to reach out. Cloudastructure communicates very well and notifies us immediately of suspicious activity, even calling our security director if needed. I find it user-friendly, and I appreciate how if I make a mistake, I can go back and correct it. I also like that they assist us in the evenings and early mornings when security might not be present. **What do you dislike about Cloudastructure?** I really can't say much about things that aren't working other than sometimes the cameras go down.
