I would look through all the resources on their site and your client portal. **What problems is CloudAccess.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using CloudAccess for my business website and e-mail, as well as those of my clients. I have realized how much more secure Cloudaccess is compared tp GoDaddy, etc. ### 2. I think Cloudaccess can scale more with time and I think they will grow with time as more people start using it. No one likes a website that takes forever to load/open, with cloudaccess web hosting, people can easily access my website with ease **What do you dislike about CloudAccess.net?** Cloudaccess has so far been good, maybe their highest package may be expensive for some of us, but it's worth the price **What problems is CloudAccess.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to create an online shopping website "hajglobal online shop" using cloudaccess hosting software. Customers can access my website quickly. Their customer Care service is great, they actually helped me out with creating my website easily, answered my emails quickly and guided me on how to use the software. I love that I can phone them halfway through an idea while knee-deep in web-something-or-other, and anyone who responds can quickly pick up with my confused explanations. It's as if I have my own team of experts within my head, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Everyone truly knows what they're talking about, and they're all pleasant to be around! JOB WELL DONE! **What do you dislike about CloudAccess.net?** When it came to setting up my website, I ran into a few problems. First and foremost, they were unable to support the hosting of a website with the network extension. I had to spend time on the phone with them debugging something that should have been simple by now. On their website, they were unable to accept AMEX. My payment had to be taken over the phone. I presume my card wasn't on my account because they couldn't take payment online? As a result of them emailing an old email, I was late on a payment. When I contacted my account three weeks later, they told me that my website had been destroyed. Is this for real? This place can't even accomplish the fundamentals when it comes to hosting. **What problems is CloudAccess.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an incredible hosting service with lightning-fast site loading times. They also provide limitless free hosting, which is superior to that provided by Godaddy or other similar hosting companies. PS. I also adore their software - extremely simple dashboard, and everything is simplified. Their tools and services for updating, importing, and migrating data are great. It makes managing 30+ Joomla! Website is a breeze. ### 7. I can manage hosting, database, security, and, if applicable to the hosting solution I'm using, updates, all from their single web-based UI. For the price, you get decent website speed, an improvement over some competitors I've used. **What do you dislike about CloudAccess.net?** Two things I dislike are that they are rather controlling of your server access. You aren't technically on a VPS (virtual private server) so you don't have direct access to things like cPanel or anything. You can make some changes to some things, like PHP version for example, but you don't have full-blown cPanel. The other thing I dislike is that because of the lack of cPanel access, they charge you for services that an introductory level sys admin or web developer consider a breeze, like installing an SSL cert. **Recommendations to others considering CloudAccess.net:** They've been upping their support game and occasionally someone reaches out to me and wants to talk about pain points, ways they could assist me specifically, etc. It's actually been a breath of fresh air. **What problems is CloudAccess.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CloudAccess to host a few different websites for clients that I act as a third-party web developer and webmaster for. ### 9.
