What stands out most is how much the platform simplifies what would otherwise be a really complex process. The assessment and planning tools make it easy to understand our existing infrastructure before committing to a migration path, which took a lot of the guesswork out of the equation. I also appreciate how well it handles minimizing downtime — migrations that used to feel risky now happen with much less disruption to our day-to-day operations. The level of support during the actual cutover phase has been reassuring too; having guidance available when something unexpected comes up made a big difference in keeping things on track. On top of that, the automation around repetitive tasks like data transfer and configuration has saved our team a significant amount of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding process took longer than I expected — there was a bit of a learning curve upfront in understanding how to properly scope out the migration plan, and some of the documentation could be clearer for teams that aren't already deeply familiar with cloud infrastructure. Pricing also isn't always straightforward; it wasn't immediately clear which costs applied at each stage of the migration, so we had a few surprises along the way. I've also run into occasional delays in support response times during more complex parts of the migration, which was frustrating when we were working against a tight deadline. Better upfront cost estimation and faster escalation paths for critical issues would make the overall experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
