At BAiS24, I use UiPath Agentic Automation for document-processing workflows, mainly to extract key fields such as contact details and amounts from PDFs and applicant documents. What I appreciate most is that it can interpret unstructured content intelligently without relying on fixed templates. As a tech event coordinator who manages registration forms and vendor documents, it consistently saves me around 2–3 hours of manual data entry each event cycle.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

Resource consumption is noticeably high—these agents require significantly more compute than traditional bots, which makes scaling costly for a small team. On top of that, the initial learning curve for setting up Maestro orchestration was steeper than I expected, so getting everything configured took more effort than anticipated.

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before UiPath, I had to manually extract data from registration forms and vendor documents for BAiS24 events. Now UiPath automates that entire workflow: it reads the documents, pulls out the relevant fields, and routes the information to the right place. The biggest benefits for me are improved accuracy and the time saved, especially during high-pressure event coordination periods.

Its very effective for handling repetive work. The platform governance features are solid and automation feels straightforward and runs smoothly. I also appreciate the strong integration options it works well databases, Excel, AI agent and web applications. On top of that, the community support is helpful whenever I get stuck.

Uipath Agentic Automation updates can occasionally introduce minor issues in my existing workflows, so after upgrading I usually need to re test everything to confirm it stoll runs as expected.

Its been helping us reduce manual effort in data heavy tasks. It cuts down on repetitive work, makes it easier to build intelliegent automations and integrates RPA with AI to support smarter decisions making. We’ve also reduces processing time and improved accuracy, especially when it comes to reporting tasks.

I really appreciate the intuitive interface and the wide range of pre-built activities that speed up development. It integrates seamlessly with other applications and services, allowing us to automate complex processes without heavy coding.

The best part is the ability to quickly design, test, and deploy automations at scale. Orchestrator provides centralized management and monitoring, which makes handling bots across multiple environments very smooth. The community support and documentation are also excellent, which helps accelerate adoption.

I like this RPA because automation is effective, and it is easy to create bots for that, it is a great technology that automates what was previously manual, and it is a great help for us I like the user interface and the documentation that is complete and organized. UiPath, for me, is a tool to innovate in companies, and it is also easy to get familiar with it because its interface is friendly.

The only thing is that it doesn't automate some processes because it can be challenging because not all processes are suitable for RPA, so I'm still waiting for new updates to fix that.

What I find most remarkable about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate complex end-to-end processes, even those previously impossible due to their unpredictable nature. AI agents can analyze unstructured data, make autonomous decisions, and execute tasks without constant supervision, significantly expanding the scope beyond traditional RPA. This allows employees to focus on strategic activities while the agents process information at higher speeds and generate real-time insights. The platform is highly scalable, incorporates curative agents that automatically correct errors, and provides integrated governance with advanced security and access control measures. Furthermore, the agents self-monitor and continuously improve, making it easy to calculate an accurate ROI.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

Based on my experience with UiPath Agentic Automation, the most notable drawback is the high cost of licenses, which makes it difficult to justify for smaller projects. I have also faced a steep learning curve, as effective use of the platform demands advanced technical expertise. Setting up complex scenarios or handling edge cases has proven to be especially challenging. Additionally, I have observed that the platform uses a significant amount of computing resources, often resulting in slow performance on standard computers. There are also some limitations when it comes to process compatibility and version control. The main challenges I have encountered include the complexity of development, the difficulty of integrating unstructured business data, and the shortage of highly skilled professionals required to operate the system.

UiPath Agentic Automation is helping me solve critical problems in repetitive business processes that rely on legacy applications without modern APIs. The platform allows me to automate tasks that previously consumed hours of manual work interacting with legacy systems, SAP, old databases, and desktop applications that can't be easily replaced. This benefits me by eliminating human error caused by fatigue in data capture and transfer processes between disconnected systems, significantly reducing operating costs by freeing up staff for strategic activities, and accelerating response times in processes such as request management and customer onboarding. Integration with Computer Vision allows me to automate even legacy interfaces without available technical documentation.

What stands out most is how Agent Builder makes it remarkably simple to incorporate custom logic, including our own external Python or LLM endpoints, into a managed agent capable of handling ambiguity. The platform's governance features are effective in meeting enterprise compliance needs. Additionally, Maestro's orchestration capabilities are truly valuable for coordinating both agents and traditional RPA bots within a single workflow.

The documentation is not very advanced when it comes to building complex workflows.

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our support team was overwhelmed by L1 tickets that required different handling depending on the customer's context and the complexity of the issue. To address this, we developed an agentic workflow where AI agents triage incoming tickets, retrieve relevant customer history from our CRM, consult knowledge base articles, and either automatically resolve straightforward cases or route more complex ones to the appropriate specialist with a pre-filled context summary. These agents take care of the repetitive analysis, escalating only the edge cases that require human judgment. As a result, our average ticket resolution time dropped from 4 hours to under 45 minutes, allowing our senior engineers to focus on real product issues instead of routine password resets and configuration questions. Maestro's monitoring dashboard provides clear visibility into where agents are making decisions versus handing off, which helps us continually refine the system.

I like how UiPath Agentic Automation allows me to not go through hundreds of emails every day, saving my time and helping me provide good customer support and target my clients effectively. It provides service by fully understanding any kind of document and understanding the roles of users and customers for proper support. It also prioritizes documents or requests from users and provides responses automatically. I found the initial setup of UiPath Agentic Automation to be very easy.

I think UiPath Agentic Automation could improve by highlighting or emphasizing important messages and summarizing them, so we know the key points before even opening the email.

**What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

It's very easy to develop bots in this tool because the user interface is very friendly that any one can easily understand and there is no need of any scripting language knowledge. The other thing I like about UiPath is that the training support providing by UiPath is really good,they offer free training for both advanced and basic level developer. The orchestrator option of Uipath is good that we can schedule the bot at any time and no need of n ay manual intervention to trigger the bot. The API, Python, Java and Database related activities are really useful. The customer support provided by UiPath is very good and also the UiPath forum is very active and we can find or post any queries and immediately we get reply. There new Agentic feature seems to be good. I like the Maestro feature in orchestrator.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

The dependencies of a xaml file developed in the lower version of UiPath some times seems like missing while we open the xaml file in the higher version of UiPath so the version updation of different activities is kind of wasting time. apart from that I can see that sometimes it may take longer time than the usual time to open xaml file. The licence part is complex.

**Recommendations to others considering UiPath Agentic Automation:**

I will recommend everyone this tool over other RPA tools and I will suggest them to follow the best practice while developing and make use of the xaml file provided by Uipath to check the quality of the bots developed

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving all the excel related problems, web scraping and sending bulk emails. Uipath helped  to increase the productivity of employees by concentrating their work on different fields instead of the repetitive tasks. Moreover these bots work 24*7 and thereby saves revenue and avoid human error. I have also started automating SAP ERP
