What do you like best about Closrr?

I really find Closrr's straightforward UI easy to navigate. The team provided a dedicated walkthrough, and their support has been great. They're quick and respond in a timely manner, which is perfect for our nimble team setup. I'm also impressed by the interview coach feature we've started using, which has been beneficial for our recruitment process. The ability to have customized notes based on previous calls enhances each interview process, making onboarding more tailored to different skill sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closrr?

I think at the moment, it would just be around the data that we collect. We've only been using it for a few months, so that deal data will start to compound eventually. Right now, there's not necessarily too much which could be improved. I think the only element is the ability to have customization, like setting up more AI prospects. What problems is Closrr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Closrr reduces ramp time for new reps, allowing them to contribute to the pipeline faster. It cuts management's coaching time by providing practice for demos, objections, and competitors and gives insights to where someone might be struggling so we can help.
