## Close Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient CRM with Easy Setup and Strong Follow-Up Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elle C. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love that Close shows me my meetings and helps me stay organized. I really enjoy the follow-up prompts and the ability to do value-added follow-up with text messages, emails, and phone calls. It's great that I can create tasks to stay on top of my leads. The old version of the opportunities list is very clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. Also, Close is simple to use, and when there's a problem, the team is on top of it. The initial setup was easy for me, especially since I had used it in my past job.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes the calling doesn't work. It drops calls. I get too many unnecessary notifications from appointment. I don’t like that it creates new opportunities when I book decision meetings and second meetings, I would prefer if it would just foster the original booking opportunity.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to stay organized by tracking meetings and leads. The follow-up prompts for emails, texts, and calls are very useful. I can easily create tasks and appreciate the old version of the opportunities list for clarity.

  ### 2. Streamlined Sales Tracking with Close

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the power dialer and voice mail drop features in Close; they make things a lot easier. The inbox is another favorite because it helps track activity on every single deal. It's amazing because I never miss any deals. I can set reminders and snooze tasks, so they always show up when needed. This makes Close very reliable in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Also, the initial setup was very simple and easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The only thing that could be better is the workflows. I feel like we could automate a lot more tasks rather than having to use third-party sources like Zapier if the workflows were more comprehensive.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for internal sales tracking and lead generation. It solves tracking issues, finds lost leads, converts them into deals, and reports overall revenue. It's integral to our operations, helping with appointment settings and ensuring no deals are missed.

**Official Response from Sam Wild:**

> Thank you, Tristan! We appreciate your review.

  ### 3. Helps me keep patient enquiries and follow ups in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.
I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.
For my work, I only need simple things like keeping notes, setting reminders, and replying to messages. Close covers these needs well and helps me manage clinic communication in a more organised way without making the process complicated.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Also, I feel the notification alerts could be more reliable, because I still end up checking manually to make sure nothing is missed.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. At last, it makes handling enquiries feel less messy and more controlled. It gives me a clearer view of pending work without adding extra steps.

  ### 4. One of the best CRM for sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill O. | Sales Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Close?**

It’s easy to create email sequences and add prospects. Overall, it’s a great CRM, and I wish we could continue using it. Unfortunately, my company decided to build its own internal CRM.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The calling feature can feel a little sluggish at times, but it works excellently with the autodialer. The user interface is also a bit different compared to other CRMs, so it takes some time to get used to. Once you do, though, you should be good to go.

**Recommendations to others considering Close:**

Great CRM for sales can use email marketing and calling features

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can reach a large number of people through email sequences. Creating multiple sequences is really helpful, and having one mailbox per account works perfectly.

**Official Response from Sam Wild:**

> Thank you for your great Close review!

  ### 5. Highly Efficient Tool with Top-Notch Dialer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vatsal N. | Founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love Close's predictive dialer. We used to have multiple cold callers in our team but with that dialer, only 2-3 guys can do the job of 10. It saves the pain of handling multiple channels to look up each lead since I can get concentrated analytics of all channels here, act upon them, and follow up with them as well. Once a lead comes inside Close from our cold email campaigns, it gets assigned to our SDR team, and they quickly follow up with the lead directly from Close and even call them to share our offer.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Just the pricing seems to be a bit high for us at scale, no other complaints

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close consolidates multiple lead channels into one platform, providing concentrated analytics and facilitating follow-ups. I love its predictive dialer, which reduced our need for multiple callers, allowing 2-3 people to handle the workload of 10.

  ### 6. Streamlined Sales Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I mainly use Close to keep track of my sales pipeline, manage leads, and stay on top of follow-ups, which makes it easier to handle conversations with prospects. Close helps me avoid missing follow-ups and keeps all my customer details from getting scattered, bringing everything into one place so I can stay organized, respond on time, and focus more on closing deals. What I like most about Close is how easy and natural it feels to use. Everything, like emails, calls, and notes, is in one place, making it much simpler to manage. The setup of Close was pretty straightforward for me, and I was able to get started quickly and import my data without much problem.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think all are good but one thing I’ve noticed is that the customization options can feel a bit limited at times.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to track my sales pipeline, manage leads, and ensure follow-ups. It keeps my customer details organized, helping me focus on closing deals efficiently.

  ### 7. Powerful Communication Tool, Needs More Reliable Uptime

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close to reach out to new, potential clients and maintain regular communication with my existing contacts. It's great that I can quickly find contact information and review all of my recent interactions, which helps me keep track of everything. I really appreciate being able to hear recordings of my phone calls or see a transcript of past conversations, whether they're mine or my teammates'. It’s important to have small details clearly documented. I also find setting it up straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There have been quite a few times when Close service has been out and/or impaired for our entire team. This has proven to be very difficult, since we rely on Close for our important communications. It would be nice to have an easier way to record service issues, so that we can report them and get them fixed ASAP. Our team sometimes has trouble recording and sharing issues with Close customer service.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to reach out to new clients and maintain communication with existing ones. Close helps me quickly find contact information and review all recent interactions with each person.

  ### 8. Sales-Focused CRM with Built-In Calling, Email, and SMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

The best thing about this Close CRM platform is that its sales focused execution. Where, unlike the generic CRMs out there, this CRM is specifically built for inside sales teams, where it has this built-in call feature, email, SMS and email, all in one single platform. Their ability to make calls directly from CRM helps us to track the conversations and update our crm for next-level action items for our internal teams for every lead. Their interface is also fast and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

This platform is strong for sales engagement activities, but it is also less flexible when it comes to customisation compared to other broader CRM platforms. Their reporting and analytics are also not as advanced as other enterprise platforms out there in this space. Also, for deeper marketing automation and complex workflows, this CRM might not be the perfect tool out there, since this is very sales-focused.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close CRM solves the problem of fragmented sales communication by combining the calling, emailing and pipeline management into a single system. With a visibility and quick reactive visibility in the communication with each and every individual lead, we were able to create a personalised strategy for all the leads in our system as per the current lifecycle stage status. Our deal lifecycle turnaround time can be planned and managed very effectively. Their slaes focused reporting structure can be automated on a weekly basis, which can be shared across the other teams to give a better visibility.

  ### 9. A Must-Have for Rapidly Growing Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I think Close has been probably the best tool we've used so far. It handles the amount of leads we get on a daily basis and manages calls and texts more efficiently than any platform we've ever used. We're all very happy with it, as I haven't heard any complaints from anyone in the company. Close solves a lot of sorting problems with leads, like identifying which are freshest, and keeps older leads in the system for follow-up. We've noticed a huge increase in sales since using Close because it makes it easier to communicate with leads. I find it very easy to use, and overall, it's just a great platform without any complaints whatsoever. The initial setup was extremely easy; it took me maybe five to ten minutes to learn, and then I was basically a pro. Also, integrating Close with Trellis has made contacting leads extremely easy compared to what we were doing before.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves our lead sorting issues, helping to manage both fresh and older leads efficiently. We've seen a huge increase in sales since using Close because it simplifies communication with leads.

  ### 10. Flexible Client Tracking Makes Lead Updates Fast and Clear

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cary G. | Success Coach/Sales Rep, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

The different tracking options for clients, including notes, conversations, etc. That way I can pop in on a lead or client and get a clear picture fast.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The lack of an obvious "history" function, where I can see who i just got off the phone with earlier. I'd love an ongoing history of not just client and appointment, but summary of what i did (call, notes, etc)

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping client acquisition easy and streamlined at scale as well as making handoffs from free trial to paid client easy to track and work with

  ### 11. Easy to Use CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close easy to use and navigate, and it's not so robust that it takes 20 clicks to get something done. I like that templates are easy to create, and the system updates every thirty days or so, which is nice for keeping things fresh. I really appreciate the speech-to-text feature from the laptop, which captures information efficiently. It's also straightforward because I can sign in through Gmail using a work email. Additionally, integrating with my mailbox is very good. I use the tasks feature and send messages often, and having templates to create and add to as I go is something I use very often.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Their mobile app could be a little bit easier to navigate. I wish they had a calendar function where you could see at what time your tasks are due, versus a list function.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me keep track of all of my clients as a CRM.

  ### 12. Effortless Sales Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oge E. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

What I like most about Close is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Everything I need.....calls, emails, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking is in one place, which makes it easy to stay organized and move quickly. I also really appreciate how it’s built with sales teams in mind, especially the calling and automation features, because they help me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. It does what it’s designed to do really well, but when you want deeper customization or very detailed reports, you may hit some limits. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re coming from a simpler tool. That said, none of these are deal-breakers.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves the problem of having sales work scattered across too many tools. Instead of jumping between a CRM, a dialer, email, and spreadsheets, everything is in one place. That alone saves a lot of time and mental energy. For me, it’s made follow-ups more consistent, calls easier to manage, and my pipeline much clearer. I spend less time organizing my work and more time actually talking to leads and moving deals forward, which has been a big win.

  ### 13. Streamlined Sales CRM with Autodialer Efficiency

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashad H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close to be a very good tool for complete sales and outbound efforts. I like that it helps with speed to lead, mainly due to the autodialer feature, which is probably my favorite. I also appreciate how it allows for automated sequences for the dialer, making it efficient. Another aspect I really like is how notes are organized right under the autodialer. It shows a complete profile every time you're talking to a new contact, which helps to keep everything together and the CRM clean. The interface is designed to keep everything pretty straight and narrow, making it easy to document conversations. I also love the feature that includes the transcript of the call. This organization helps us stay aware and keep sales efforts on point. Additionally, the initial setup of Close was very, very easy, which was a big thing for me.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The only time I had a problem with Close was when I couldn't integrate it with lead generation tools like Apollo. That really bothered me because I feel like that would have been the sequence that I would have absolutely loved. If I could have connected the two somehow through integration, then that data would have been very powerful to work with.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close mainly for dialing out to customers, and its automated sequences boost my speed to lead. It keeps me organized with documented call transcripts and notes, making sales efforts efficient.

  ### 14. Intuitive CRM for Sales Teams with Room for More Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shariq W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like the user interface and user experience of Close because everything's intuitive and designed specifically for high ticket sales teams. It's a reliable CRM tool that allows my sales team to do their job better and live up to our sales team standards. Close also has a better CRM for calling and dialing, which is a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There should be a little bit more automations inside, and more things to play around with, like, AI automations, being able to send blue text messages inside. Being able to send follow-ups via AI based on replies coming in would be nice. The initial setup was a little bit difficult, especially understanding the UI and where things are.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me track where leads are in the pipeline, follow up with leads, and create tasks based on the sales process. I like its intuitive user interface and that it's designed for high ticket sales teams, giving me trust in my team's performance.

  ### 15. Time-Saving Accuracy with Minor Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like the accuracy in the numbers Close provides after work, so I don’t have to start counting manually. It saves me a lot of time because I get access to accurate numbers that allow me to do many other things. Close also helps by differentiating and filtering calls, allowing me easy access to the call sections I want, which saves time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes the terminology used in Close can be tricky. Some terms are similar to each other, making it hard to differentiate them. They need to be more specific with most of the terms.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to document calls and clients I spoke to. It provides accurate numbers after work, saving me time by eliminating manual counting. It filters calls, allowing easy access to specific sections, which makes my workflow more efficient.

  ### 16. Effortless CRM with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like that Close is very simple to use and doesn't require much training or hiring a sales ops team to manage. I enjoy using the messaging feature to communicate with my team about deals, and it's great that I can comment on a lead or opportunity and it automatically emails the owner and anyone I @mention. The initial setup was very easy; I just connected Google Workspace and it started working automatically.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish it integrated with Slack without having to pay Zapier.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to keep my sales contacts and opportunities organized and track progress. It's simple to use without needing much training. I like the messaging feature for team communication about deals, where you can comment and it emails involved parties.

**Official Response from Sam Wild:**

> Thanks, Matt! We appreciate your great review.

  ### 17. Keeps Us on the Same Page for Work Projects Every Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

My wife and me use close daily to manage our work projects. we always use it so we're always on the same page about what stage we're at

**What do you dislike about Close?**

It took me a while to understand how to get a phone number working but once i did it was all easy from there.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helping me and my wife manage our jobs for our business and keeps our comms fast and simple to keep track of. we can easily go back into old convos from months ago and even reactivate our customers with one time offers.

  ### 18. Revolutionized Lead Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan B. | Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close for my personal work in real estate and it's very complete. I love how it makes everything easier by automating tasks. The automatic call transcription feature is just amazing since other platforms don't have it, and it allows me to read the parts I need without listening to the whole call. It's pretty much the best app I have ever used. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Anything I think is the best app I have ever used

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is a complete platform that makes everything easier in real estate work, turning leads into properties. The automatic call transcription is amazing, saving me from listening to entire calls by letting me read just what I need.

  ### 19. Simple Yet Powerful CRM for Client Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like that Close is a simple platform, which has made it easy to use for almost eight years now. It's incredibly efficient for follow-ups, keeping track of clients, and remembering conversations we've had. The app is super easy to use, especially when I'm on the road, which makes things great. It allows me to see recent conversations with clients, know when I last emailed them, see their points of contact, and how we met each other.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There are costly features for texting and calling from the app that I'm trying to understand to the best of my abilities. I haven't seen a feature that shows when emails are opened. I'm also trying to figure out how to integrate messages received on other platforms.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close solves follow-up issues, helps keep track of clients, and remember past conversations with its transcription and video features. It's easy to use, even on the road.

  ### 20. Close is the perfect software for tracking leads and sales as a team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virginie C. | Consultant indépendant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Close?**

You can't forget anything and the follow-ups are really powerful with scheduled tasks, emails, and sequences, everything is possible, it's really the best! Really easy to use. Team monitoring up close, so that everyone is well followed and takes responsibility.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Frankly, I have nothing to say on this level, maybe the inability to send many messages at the same time.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close allows me to manage my prospects efficiently and to be able to transform them into clients.

  ### 21. All-in-One Calling & Sequencing Saves Time

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase Leigh P. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

The built-in calling and email sequencing inside the same UI. I don’t need a separate dialer or outreach tool — everything logs automatically, which saves me at least 5–10 hours a week on admin

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The reporting and analytics aren't very customizable compared to other CRMs. Also, the mobile app is fine for quick checks but clunky for real work, and the email text editor feels too basic

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was wasting too much time switching between a dialer, email tool, and CRM. Close puts everything in one place

  ### 22. Boosts Calling Efficiency, Simple Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven H. | Fiber sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like the power dialer; it helps a lot in getting through a high volume of calls. The initial setup of Close was very simple, making it easy to start using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think it would be nice to have a previous button on the power dialer in case I skip a lead I didn't mean to.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to track people I'm calling, and the power dialer helps me get through a high volume of calls efficiently.

  ### 23. Intuitive CRM with Stellar UI, Minor Integration Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zygimantas K. | Dialler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like Close because it's pretty clean and simple with not too many buttons everywhere, which makes it easier to use. It's way cleaner and the UI/UX interface is better than any other CRM platform right now. Close is also easier to pick up compared to other CRMs, and as you use it more, the workflows and smart views become very intuitive. Overall, it's very good and miles better than the CRM we previously used.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

On the power dialer, sometimes it won't allow sending messages to certain leads, which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it says to just contact Close support whenever you dial them.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close is way cleaner with a better UI/UX than other CRMs, solving clutter problems.

  ### 24. Simple and Effective Sales Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alvaro B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like Close because it's really simple to use and personalize. It's simple to customize and helps me do things faster in a reliable way. I use the workflows a lot, as they help me manage my outbound in a good way. The pipelines are a key feature for me, and they're one of the main reasons I use the software. I also think the initial setup was easy, as I've heard no complaints about the process.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think it could be improved, the reports. And most of them, the reports of activities, some custom activities it's hard to see or I don't know yet how to see activities and correlate the activities to an opportunity in a way that I can analyze better.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to handle my entire sales process, including outbound efforts, mass emails, and prospect tracking. It also helps my team, which I manage, stay organized.

  ### 25. Easy Setup in NZ and Great Calling to Stay Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Close?**

Great tool for staying in contact with my crew. Really like the calling and how easy it is to get going in NZ. Integration with my email was easy. Everything works perfectly for me. Getting my money's worth.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Not a lot I don't like. It took me a few days to figure out. More tutorials on YT would be great.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly helping me direct my crews across different job sites. Saves me so much time when I am not there to direct them.

  ### 26. CRM That Organizes Conversations Perfectly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saips .

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that Close keeps all the conversations I have with a certain client or lead in their tab and separates them if they were different conversations. I also like that it keeps all files we exchanged in a separate tab. As I run a print shop, it's very important to have a clear view when I send my clients designs that they need to approve. Close makes it easy to track which version they approved, especially with the files tab functionality. The initial setup was very easy, and I figured everything out instantly.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would love to use Close for cold calls as well, but it doesn't support Serbian (+381) number, so I can't. I can but people will think I'm a scammer if I don't have a Serbian number. I would love if they added support for Serbian (+381) number.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to organize conversations with leads and clients, solving problems like forgetting follow-ups and losing important emails. It keeps all interactions and files in one place, making it easier to track client design approvals.

  ### 27. Effortless and Comprehensive Platform Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd R. | Vice President of Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

Platform is easy to use and flows well for our inside and outside sales teams. Report generation is easy to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I have yet to have any issues or find myself needing something it doesn't provide for my team and I.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplicity of use. After using NetSuite and Salesforce for years we found the biggest issue with those platforms to be up time for learning them with new empoyees. Over complicating the process of tracking, data collection, and reporting for small and large regional teams. Close has an easy to understand and use structure that makes training easy and keeps the team moving by not overcomplicating where to put information. Also tracks emails very well when working outside the platform in something like Outlook.

  ### 28. Streamlined Sales Process with Close

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close to manage and streamline my sales pipeline. It helps me track leads and manage deals, keeping all communications, calls, emails, and notes in one place. I love how sales-focused and intuitive it is, especially with the built-in calling and email features because they let me communicate with prospects directly from the platform. The automatic call logging, email tracking, and activity history are great for maintaining a complete record of every interaction. I appreciate the clean, customizable pipeline view that gives me instant visibility into where deals stand and what needs attention next. Plus, the powerful search and filtering make it simple to prioritize leads, segment accounts, and stay organized. The onboarding process is intuitive, making it simple to get started without requiring much technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

While the existing reports are useful, they can feel a bit limited when you want highly customized views or more advanced dashboards. Having more drag and drop reporting or deeper analytics would make performance tracking and forecasting even easier. In addition, the interface is clean, but managing a large number of leads can feel information dense. More layout customization or collapsable views could help tailor the experience for different workflows.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to centralize lead management, communication, and deal tracking. It reduces missed follow-ups, keeps the sales process organized, and improves pipeline visibility. The built-in calling and email features save time, while automatic logging ensures a complete record of interactions.

  ### 29. Clear and Efficient Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis E. | Inhaber, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that the user interface and user experience of Close are clear and simple. It helps me easily move from one lead to another and conduct calls in a structured manner. I can see the possible information from the lead well in an overview. I understood everything quite easily in one to two hours.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The power dialer is not included in the Solo Plan.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me quickly switch from one lead to another, conduct calls in a structured manner, and see all relevant information from the lead clearly.

  ### 30. User-Friendly CRM with Affordable Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Finance Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close incredibly useful for tracking everything with easy-to-use smart views and simple filter adjustments. It's great for seeing where my deals are in the sales cycle. I love the call recording feature because it ensures I remember conversations. The phone application is handy, allowing me to work on the go. I appreciate how simple it is to use both the desktop and phone apps. Close is the easiest, most user-friendly, and most affordable CRM I’ve used. I also value the ease of tracking leads and data and the easy user interface. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish they had a local ID calling ability instead of having to change my number every time I dial a different state.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me track everything, create smart views with simple filters, see where deals are in the sales cycle, and manage multiple phone numbers for different states. It records calls to remember discussions and has a phone app for working on the go.

  ### 31. Effortless Sales Management with Seamless Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan R. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close makes it really easy to manage and track all communication in one place. The built-in calling, email sync, and lead tracking are seamless, and the Smart Views save a lot of time when prioritising outreach. It’s fast, intuitive, and designed around actual sales workflows, not overcomplicated dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The reporting side could be a bit more customisable, especially when it comes to team performance breakdowns and activity tracking. Sometimes filters or exports require a few extra steps. It’s nothing major, but more flexibility and visualisation options would make it even better.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves the challenge of managing leads and communication in a single, streamlined platform. It centralises emails, calls, and tasks, reducing the need to juggle multiple tools and making sure no follow-ups fall through the cracks. For me (or our team), this means we can respond faster, stay organised, and ultimately close more deals while spending less time on admin work. The automation features and smart workflows also help us prioritise high-value leads, which improves efficiency and revenue predictability.

  ### 32. Effortlessly Manages Sales with Room for Task Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love how easy it is to track multiple deals with Close, especially the drag-and-drop feature for the pipeline. I can easily update confidence stages, close dates, and associated contacts. It makes tracking multiple deals throughout various stages of the sales cycle and managing email communications and forecasting a breeze. Close has built a very nice in-line email editor into the lead. Probably one of my favourite things about the product.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Tasks could be improved slightly. They're easy to manage, but working through tasks in a succinct linear fashion would be helpful. Instead of them just all appearing and clicking into them and completing, it would be great to be able to run through them more efficiently.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for tracking deals, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting. It easily tracks multiple deals at various stages, manages email communications, and helps with forecasting and pipeline management.

  ### 33. CRM platform ideal for small businesses that streamlines our email outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The workflows are relatively easy to manage and maintaining the flow is relatively seamless. We are able to combine several lists into one workflow which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

We joined at a certain membership level, but almost immediately they rolled out a new membership system and we ended up paying a lot more than we wanted to. I also don’t like how cumbersome it is to upload lists—there’s still some manual entry involved, which is a major pain.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us as a small business to manage a variety of prospect lists with email outreach and then easily track those leads as they get through workflows.

  ### 34. The Ultimate CRM for Effortless Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew N.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like the layout of Close, as everything is easy to see and I can find leads and search them up effortlessly. I also appreciate that it's a very clean CRM system that helps when leads come in. One of my favorite features is the SMS templates, which allow me to send many messages quickly, helping me increase sales for the company. The search function is another feature I value because it helps me look up leads quickly and provides all the information I need about them in one space. Close is, in my opinion, the best CRM system out there and it's very easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps manage leads with a clean CRM system. The search function lets me quickly find and view lead information in one place, while SMS templates allow me to send messages fast, boosting sales opportunities.

  ### 35. Effortless Lead Management and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebebreh J.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love Close's email automation and sales analytics. It makes follow-ups effortless and helps me optimize my sales strategy. The email automation saves me tons of time as I can just set it up once. The sales analytics feature is great because it helps me spot trends and focus on high priority deals. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to get started with the guided tour—setting up took only about 10 minutes. Additionally, Close offers better email integration and automation features compared to the tool we used before, Pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find Close's customization options for reports lacking sometimes; I need more specific data views.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close organizes my sales process, letting me track leads and deals in one place. The email automation saves me tons of time on follow-ups, and the sales analytics help me spot trends and prioritize deals effectively.

  ### 36. Streamlined Communication, Seamless Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like how Close packs core sales workflows into one place with built-in calling, SMS, and emails. The smart views with saved search filters act like custom lists, making it really efficient. I enjoy the inbox style interface—it’s like a daily sales inbox that keeps everything streamlined. The clean, fast UI is also a big plus for me; there’s no clutter, and it’s speed-focused and customizable. The initial setup was easy and smooth, and I'd rate it 8 because it’s excellent for teams doing high volume outbound calls and emails.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like the limited automation depth, sales-only focus, and that the pricing scales poorly.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves lack of visibility, poor pipeline awareness, and automates repetitive outreach. It centralizes core sales workflows with built-in calls, SMS, and emails, offers smart views, a daily sales inbox, and a clean, fast, customizable UI.

  ### 37. Perfect for Small Teams with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close mainly to manage my sales flow for my small business and I love how easy it is to navigate. It's laid out in a way that's not overbearing or overwhelming, with a simple flow that lets me be successfully consistent in my follow-up. For instance, when working through my leads, I can click into the first lead, do what I need to do, and then press next to work on the very next one very easily. It flawlessly provides an easy spot to keep track of who I'm talking to, when I need to follow up, and what's the value of my pipeline for the month, which is great for forecasting. It's also a really easy way to save things like email templates for prospecting and onboarding new customers. I preferred the simpler UI of Close over others. I'd rate it 10/10 for any business with a small sales team that needs an easy and effective tool to track sales.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Because it's a smaller product, it's not as integrated with my other programs as with other products in a similar space.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to manage my sales flow, keeping track of conversations and follow-ups. It helps forecast by showing pipeline value and simplifies saving email templates, making prospecting and customer onboarding easier.

  ### 38. User-Friendly and Affordable Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I like how Close is really easy to use. It's user-friendly, and I appreciate that it isn't really that expensive. It's a good system for generating and sorting leads, which is a definite advantage. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy as I had no problems with it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Maybe the filter sometimes can get a little tricky, but after you get used to it, there's no problems using it.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close easy to navigate and hassle-free. It simplifies sorting leads and is affordable, making it a great system for generating and organizing leads.

  ### 39. Visually Clean, Always Improving

**What do you like best about Close?**

It's visually clean and I really love that you guys are always changing things and updating things to make them easier and more helpful for us.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I feel like I am always asking for new things to be implemented but nothing ever comes of the ideas lol -- not really a dislike.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I LOVE that you added "Estimated Local Time" to the contact page. It makes life easy when I'm working early or late. No more hanging up quickly because it's 6am in CA.

  ### 40. Easy Setup and Feature-Rich, But Redundant Functions Need Streamlining

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan Y. | Executive Consultant (Sales Rep), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Simple user interface, easy to set up and blast campaigns, tons of features like HL. I like how it is organized in the right column. I love that it is web-based. The mobile app works pretty good, a lot better than Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. I have tried to get on Youtube to learn more only to find out I do not have the admin privileges that I normally would and tend to give up on the task.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my pipeline organized. It helps me to keep track of where the client is at in the sales process, what needs to be accomplished that day, etc.

  ### 41. Efficient CRM with Stellar Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orlando B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really love the filtering system and how you can filter through different things, not just through the leads, but also the numbers. When was the last time this person was called, so I could go back to that date? It definitely gets me a lot more information to then fish and dig for some perfect leads. We all got excited as soon as we found out that Close is being used for our CRM. And, honestly, we love it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I guess filtering it out could have been enhanced easier in a way to understand. But other than that, like, it's very good.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me handle leads and negotiate effectively, providing detailed information to improve and close deals. I love the filtering system, allowing me to filter through leads and numbers, track interactions, and find perfect leads with more information.

  ### 42. One-Stop Platform for Client Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana D. | District Manager / Insurance Underwriter

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close very easy to navigate and use. The platform's user-friendly nature makes it simple for me to handle tasks efficiently. I love how everything, including email, is well integrated, making it easy to manage communications. The text campaigns, incoming calls, and app perform really well, especially when I'm away from my computer. It's incredibly helpful to access the entire lead sheet with full information on the go. Everything being accessible on one platform is just great for my workflow, allowing me to manage my clients, outbound dialing, and communications all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes when I'm on the iPhone version, the app doesn't let me see what phone number I'm texting from. Since I have multiple numbers and clients in different states, that'd be nice to be able to see, just the way I see it on my computer.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to centralize calls, texts, and emails, allowing me to manage everything from one platform instead of juggling multiple ones.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate being able to track all my leads so that nothing slips through the cracks. I also really like that every conversation, whether it's via email or LinkedIn, is automatically linked to the relevant lead. The integration with other apps to auto-add leads to Close also saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was easy because I watched various videos.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish it gives option to text as well as I can only call or email.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close centralizes communication tools, allowing emailing and calling all in one place. It simplifies lead management by integrating with other apps, auto-adding leads, and minimizing manual details entry.

  ### 48. Close CRM keeps us sharp, fast, and focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose N. | Director of operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. We use Close daily, and it’s become a central part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. Despite the rich feature set, Close stays fast and uncluttered, which is rare for CRMs.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps us stay fast, organized, and responsive across internal operations and outreach workflows. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tools by giving us one streamlined platform for CRM, email tracking, and sales engagement. I really appreciate how fast, easy, and simple Close is to use; it outshines other CRMs in that regard. It's been a game changer for being able to dial and call leads at a mass scale, helping me make a lot of money for my company. Compared to Go High Level, Close is better in every way. The initial setup was pretty simple as well, with no problems at all for the managers who set it up.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing is even needed to improve, maybe just an option to make the power dialer double dial leads that don't pick up before moving on.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close allows me to dial and call leads at a mass scale, making it easy and fast to generate significant revenue for my company. It's simple to use, outperforming other CRMs I've tried.
