What do you like best about Close?

All our team can see one another's email inbox.

Although this took getting used to, it means we never miss anything important and annual leave can be managed smoothly.

Close email templates are convenient for reducing repetitive emails.

It's easy to track opportunities over time, especially in a business like ours where it could be one year before a close.

I would definitely recommend Close to anyone in SaaS sales, business development or marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I do have one issue with Close CRM: they have a habit of changing the user interface (UI) without notifying users first. This can be very frustrating, especially if you are used to the old UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
