What do you like best about Close?

Easy to use and simple. If It's your first time using a CRM, it's perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Emails received don't always sync up with the platform so you can miss out on a reply from a prospect. Lots of "Calling this number is prohibited" on phone numbers that shouldn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close IO is great at keeping my day organized. If you have lots of leads, it's very easy to assign tasks to both yourself and your team. It's also pretty simple to filter, so if you want to find a lead, you can do so without using a keyword as long as you remember some details.

I also like that you can add notes on calls, and meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
