What do you like best about Close?

What I’ve liked most about Close lately is how much more intelligent the platform has become without losing the simplicity that made me like it in the first place. The newer AI features, especially Chloe, are genuinely useful for keeping up with follow-ups, summarizing conversations, updating CRM data, and taking action on leads. I also really like the improvements around meeting management, workflows, and scheduling.

It feels less like a traditional CRM where you simply store information and more like a sales workspace that actually helps you move deals forward. For someone who spends a lot of time selling, that difference is huge. Close continues to make the day-to-day sales process faster and much more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

One area I’d love to see improved is the flexibility of the Predictive Dialer, especially for solo closers. It would be great to have more control over how aggressively it dials for example, allowing users to set a preferred dialing ratio such as 2–4 numbers at a time when appropriate.

I’d also love a clearer option to automatically skip or quickly bypass voicemail instead of waiting through the entire voicemail process. A simple setting like “Skip voicemail” vs. “Wait for voicemail” would make high-volume outbound calling much faster and more efficient.

These small improvements would make Close even more powerful for individual sales reps and high-volume outbound teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
