What do you like best about Cloozo?

They've recently removed the requirements of having a separate Pinecone account. This makes it much easier to setup a custom bot for any websites you're working on. Create your not, add the docs/website link and copy the embed code. Super simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloozo?

Not much, but if I did have to choose something, it would be the UI. Although it's not bad, it could be a little more standardised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloozo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloozo allows me to quickly create and deploy a customized chat not for my client websites. This is an excellent value add to our services and to be honest, doesn't take long at all to create and have up and running on client websites.
