What do you like best about ClonePartner?

They were really responsive during the pre-sales scoping conversations, and continued to be responsive and receptive to our requests throughout the migration project. What do you dislike about ClonePartner?

Difference in timezone was probably the only limiting issue as their team is based in India. Overall it didn't impact our ability to keep the project moving seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ClonePartner:

What problems is ClonePartner solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClonePartner supported in our Support site and case migration from Salesforce to Zendesk as a result of a company acquisition. The migration project entailed moving ~500 support articles and ~3200 cases into an existing Zendesk instance over a 2 month timeline. ClonePartner services were a huge time saver as we previously did a similar support migration in-house which took a whole year.

Their expertise and ability to act quickly in modifying their API scripts to meet our ticket and article requirements helped build our confidence in meeting our migration deadlines and ensuring no breaking changes would occur.

ClonePartner also did some custom redirect scripting in our Salesforce support articles as part of their migration services. This helped catch any previous users who had our Salesforce articles bookmarked which reduced migration risk in getting customers adopting the new Support site and experience.
