Clockwise has completely transformed how I manage my time. No more back-and-forth messages to figure out when people are free, I love that Clockwise takes care of that by automatically finding the best meeting times for everyone. One of my favourite features is how it intelligently moves meetings to create larger blocks of focus time, which has seriously boosted my productivity. Plus, sharing calendar links is effortless. It's so much easier to coordinate with external partners this way compared to manually setting up appointment slots in Google Calendar. Sometimes the automatic rescheduling can throw off colleagues as they might have been expecting a meeting at a certain time and it gets moved, or they feel a meeting has sprung up on them earlier than expected, because it's been moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockwise is the kind of tool I dreamt of as an Executive Assistant for many years. It makes it incredibly easy to schedule and reschedule meetings, find time to meet across busy calendars, and schedule meetings with external parties without the annoying back-and-forth of sending availability via email.

Not only does Clockwise reign supreme in the scheduling department, but it also helps me reserve enough time for deep work, which is critical for maintaining creativity and delivering high-impact deliverables. Clockwise's Focus Time settings help me stay focused and protect time for my to-do list.

And I don't just use Clockwise to organize my work life; I also use Flexible Holds for my daily routines (midday walks for the win), and an end-of-day wind down.

Clockwise essentially takes some of the burden of managing my own schedule off of my plate. It protects my focus time and then I can just provide my meeting link and clockwise will handle safeguarding the import parts of my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could get more granular with scheduling tasks or projects within my focus time. If I add a task or event to my calendar, Clockwise adjusts my focus time, but sometimes I want the time blocked out for that task to be included in focus time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I don't want my personal calendar to block off the time on my work calendar, but I can manually change the status to "free" rather than "busy." It was rescheduling my appointments too frequently; I think that might be annoying for my colleagues. But they are not all using the app and if they did they might understand it is not me making those changes so frequently but a system trying to help everyone become more efficient. It is inconvenient to go around other people's calendars to find good slots to propose meetings. Moving meetings or optimizing the agenda is also a tedious and time-consuming task.

Since using Clockwise this has become natural, simple and without too much effort.

With the right information Clockwise can really make the job of scheduling meetings easier, especially when you have a lot of them.

If other people are not using Clockwise the calendar optimization is obviously less efficient, especially for 1:1s.

It builds in the focus time that I need, but that I find too cumbersome for me to consistently put in place myself. I like that the AI scheduler responds to changes in my calendar even before I do. I've found that it's positively impacted my productivity, and made my colleagues more sensitive when it comes to booking over pre-allocated time in my calendar too. For a single user, I think the price is also reasonableand it was also easy to integrate with key tools I already use for work, e.g. Outlook, Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scheduling from Asana could be improved to help with task planning and time management. For example, If I could split up focus time for one large task more seamlessly;instead of creating multiple sub-tasks which are difficult to schedule sequentialy using the AI scheduler. There could also be an easier way to cancel auto events without them being re-created in my calendar (i.e. I often skip lunch, despite my best intentions to schedule it in). If I could add labels to focus time blocks more easily, that would be great too, as I use my focus blocks to fill in my timesheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
