Research suite offers a user friendly interface. This allows users to quickly understand how the software works. During the time I have used research suite, I have used it in different frequencies, differing between once or twice a week to once a month (mainly for data entry). During my time I have used Research suite, I have only rarely encountered issues or bugs that could not be overcome quickly or by self adjustments. Therefore I do not really have any dislikes about using research suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
