"Excellent Clinical NLP Extraction with Strong EHR Integrations and Faster Abstraction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Clinical Registry Automation?

AI & Intelligence: The clinical Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM-based extraction logic is excellent. It reliably pulls nuanced data points—such as EF scores, ejection fraction timing, and post-op complications—directly from unstructured physician dictations and nursing notes.

Integrations: It offers deep, native API integrations with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), and major national registries. I also appreciate the automated source-lineage tracking, which links every auto-filled field back to the exact paragraph in the source medical record and makes auditing much faster.

Performance: It has reduced our manual data abstraction time by roughly 60–70%. Data precision remains high, which helps our team meet strict registry submission deadlines without pulling nurses away from direct patient care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinical Registry Automation?

Initial Field Mapping Overhead: Onboarding takes substantial IT and informatics effort to map custom EHR templates, local order sets, and flowsheets to standardized registry data dictionaries, and this upfront work can be heavier than expected.

Handling Unstructured Edge Cases: In highly complex surgical cases, especially when physician documentation follows non-standard styles, the AI can miss key context and typically needs manual overrides during validation.

Dependency on EHR Data Quality: The automation is only as good as the underlying EHR data. When clinicians use non-standard abbreviations in notes or skip required flowsheets, overall extraction and automation quality drops accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
