What do you like best about ClientTrack?

What do you dislike about ClientTrack?

You cannot proceed without entering specific data, such as a SS#. This is not the best tracking system for some organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ClientTrack:

It is expensive per account, but very efficient and can also allow several organizations in a community to track the same clients without duplication of records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClientTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed us to track clients on a long term basis (years) and eliminated the use of many paper forms, due to the ability to add many factors in the system instead of filing the information in a cabinet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
