
I love the drip system for email marketing. The Action Plans are easy to set up and the ability to text and call is powerful. I do love that I am able to do everything in here (Even if it isn't the best). I am able to manage a pipeline and email marketing campaign. The team, support, and future capabilities is amazing. They really do care about you and will drop everything to make sure you are taken care of. And they are always updating their software, so it will get better, but it just has too many problems right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A LOT. This system is honestly hard to use and it looks like it was made in the early 90's. Their support is AMAZING. But it doesn't change the fact that it is not intuitive, the system is clunky and always seems to bug out, and it just gets frustrating to use. Their system for managing emails is TERRIBLE. You go to the history tab and it shows you the emails you've sent and text messages received, but it doesn't record responses from emails! What!? That should be a basic feature. So I have to leave the tool and go to my emails and search for the name to find their past responses. Texting is awesome, but you don't have a conversation started with your number. It starts with the generic number on here and it notifies you that they responded. Then you reach out again with your number and rarely do you hear back because they don't recognize the number or don't remember responding. Again, I can't stress enough how clunky the system is.
