What do you like best about ClientClose?

The automated reminders are my favourite part. I set the checklist once and ClientClose chases clients instead of me, and the dashboard shows at a glance who is still outstanding. The client side is dead simple since they upload from a link on their phone with no login, so I actually get files on time.

The AI reads receipts accurately and pushes them into QuickBooks Online in one click, which killed most of my manual entry. It loads fast even with all my clients open, and at a flat $35 a month it paid for itself in the first close. Setup took me under an hour and support replied the same day when I had a question. What do you dislike about ClientClose?

Honestly not much. The only issue is that the AI extraction takes 15 seconds to finish, but still faster than manually inputting the numbers and names myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClientClose solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really solves the month-end document chase. I used to lose the first week emailing clients for statements and receipts, with no clear view of who was holding things up. Now reminders go out automatically, the dashboard shows exactly who’s behind, and clients can upload through a link without needing to log in.
