What I like best about ClickUp is how customizable it is. We can manage tasks, documents, dashboards, forms, and recurring workflows in one place, while giving each team the view that works best for them. Custom fields, statuses, templates, and automations make it easy to adapt ClickUp to our actual processes instead of changing how we work to fit the software. Once it is set up properly, it creates much better visibility into ownership, deadlines, and overall progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ClickUp? The biggest downside is that ClickUp can feel overwhelming, especially during setup. Because there are so many features, views, and customization options, the interface can become cluttered and the learning curve is steeper than it needs to be. It also takes time to build the right structure, automations, and notification settings. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you? everything! ClickUp gives us one centralized place to manage projects, tasks, deadlines, documents, and recurring workflows. It solves the problem of information being scattered across emails, messages, spreadsheets, and individual to-do lists. Everyone can see what they own, what is due, and where each project stands. This has reduced the time spent chasing updates, improved accountability across the team, and made it less likely that important tasks or follow-ups fall through the cracks.
