What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has become the single place our team tracks work instead of juggling separate tools for tasks, docs, and timelines. The customizable views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar) mean different team members can look at the same work the way that makes sense to them, which cut down on a lot of "where's the status on this" back-and-forth. Custom fields and statuses let us tailor workflows to how our engagements actually run rather than forcing us into someone else's template, and having docs, goals, and time tracking built into the same platform means less context-switching across apps. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives our team one shared source of truth for project status and deadlines instead of scattered spreadsheets and chat threads, which has made handoffs and reporting a lot smoother.
