We are able to communicate with technical decision-makers using instant messages on channels that they monitor instead of falling victim to the speed at which email gets lost amongst many emails. While the templating system does work well for simple replies, I believe there needs to be a better system for complicated follow-up pipelines. The process of searching previous communications for attachment links takes far too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
