I like Cleomitra's AI which handles customer chats based on customer requirements. The AI and WhatsApp flow help me collect data from leads and customers, and when I'm not available, the AI takes over. I appreciate that I can train my AI based on my profession by adding detailed documents about my organization and pricing, allowing the AI to answer customers using my documents. I can also train the AI using skills, like making sure it talks to customers politely, which helps it connect with them more humanly.
