What do you like best about Cleo Labs?

The dashboard is incredibly clean and personalized to my specific product line, making it easy to track international regulations and monitor product compliance without wasting time. What I love most is that the platform doesn’t just flag regulatory issues, it gives me exact, actionable steps on what needs to change in a product and how to do it. The upcoming deadline reminders keep me totally stress-free. Plus, having that long-term vision into upcoming law changes allows me to strategically plan our next accessory launches well in advance. What do you dislike about Cleo Labs?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about because the core features work so well, and the platform is incredibly affordable and well worth the monthly price I pay. Since they are growing, there are occasional updates, meaning some features move around slightly from time to time. However, the team is incredibly responsive, and the platform gets better with every update, so it’s a very small trade-off for such a powerful and reasonably priced tool. What problems is Cleo Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to spend over 10 hours a week on manual tracking, and it still led to 2 or 3 compliance mistakes a year, plus 2 major customs blockages that froze our stock for weeks. Now Cleo Labs handles the monitoring and provides clear action plans, and we’ve had zero issues along with a massive 80% time savings. Instead of losing days to legal paperwork, I can finish my checks in under 15 minutes and focus entirely on other work.
