What problems is Clearsighted solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was recently commissioned by a client wishing to conduct extensive enhanced due diligence on a potential acquisition (a mid-sized tech firm), as part of which I needed to interview senior decision makers at customers of the potential acquisition to understand what experience they had had with this firm.
