Clearout was an enormous help when we needed it most. Here at PCS, we’re a managed service provider, and I was working with a marketing list of our existing customers that included employee email addresses. I tried to send an email campaign through our marketing software, Glasshive, but our Glasshive account ended up being frozen until I took the necessary steps to fully scrub the list.

The list had over 4,000 contacts. My initial campaign stopped after 1,200 emails with a 6% bounce rate. After cleaning up the list with Clearout, I was able to send the campaign to our entire contact list with a 0% bounce rate.
