What do you like best about ClearOPS?

The best part about ClearOps is that we can get through the Sales Cycle at medium and large enterprises MUCH quicker. Most organizations require potential vendors to fill out extensive security questionnaires - the last one was 37 pages long. With ClearOps, that whole process goes much quicker. What do you dislike about ClearOPS?

I wish there were more formats we could upload to the platform. Right now, I think it only accepts Excel and .csv files. It would be much better to be able to upload MS Word and PDF files too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ClearOPS:

What problems is ClearOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to save a lot of time by using ClearOps SPR to help fill out the lengthy security questionnaires. The main problem is simply that those questionnaires can have hundreds - even thousands of questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
