What do you like best about Clearing?

Clearing has made trust accounting and owner statements easy to manage and transparent for our owners. Our books are accurate, reconciliation is no longer a scramble, and owner statements go out on time looking clean and professional. We manage vacation rentals in two markets, Fort Myers Beach and the North Georgia mountains, with 4 different local taxing jurisdictions and Clearing handles that complexity without me having to babysit it. The support team was excellent from day one. Clearing's addition of Ashley in the Client Success role has been a game-changer - she answers questions quickly, and has helped me tackle larger projects that further streamlined my trust accounting procedures. What do you dislike about Clearing?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially if you’re coming from QuickBooks. One of the amazing features of Clearing is that it is highly, highly customizable - getting it set up correctly took a deep understanding of its capabilities and my business needs. What problems is Clearing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Clearing, we ran our trust accounting and owner payouts through QuickBooks with spreadsheet backup and manual data everywhere. It took far too much manual work and left room for errors. Now our trust accounts stay reconciled and owner statements are accurate and consistent. I’ve gotten hours back every month to spend on growing the business and taking care of guests.
