What do you like best about Clearing?

What stands out most to me about Clearing is the combination of a great product and exceptional customer support. As a vacation rental property manager, trust accounting and owner statements are a huge part of running my business, and Clearing has been a great solution for both.

Ashley has been a HUGE part of my positive experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. With my previous provider, VRPlatform, I felt like once the initial training was over, the support pretty much ended. With Clearing, I feel like I have someone in my corner who actually cares about helping me succeed.

On top of that, I prefer Clearing's product, the service is significantly better, and I'm paying less than I was before. It's rare to find all three of those things in one platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearing?

At this point, I really don't have any major complaints. Like any accounting platform, there's a learning curve when getting everything set up and familiarizing yourself with the workflows. However, Clearing's support team has been fantastic about answering questions and helping me work through anything I've encountered. What problems is Clearing solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a vacation rental property management company, we're responsible for managing funds on behalf of multiple property owners, so having an accurate and reliable trust accounting system is extremely important.

Clearing helps us manage that process, keep track of income and expenses for each property, and generate owner statements that clearly show the financial performance of their investments.

As our portfolio continues to grow, having a system that keeps everything organized and makes the accounting side of the business more manageable is a huge benefit.
