What do you like best about ClearCo?

Recruitment and the process and visibility for manager autonomy. Onboarding integrations and the support features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearCo?

There’s very little to dislike overall, but two things stand out: the inability to proxy as an administrator, and certain profile-visibility settings that can’t be hidden because they’re tied to a larger component of the system. For example, as an admin I can’t disable the birthday feature on profiles companywide; instead, I have to instruct employees to turn it off individually, since the profile is linked to the performance module.
