What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is the quality of its writing and its reasoning. Compared with other AI tools, Claude does a much better job of understanding long documents and complex instructions, and it consistently delivers nuanced, well-structured responses. Its ability to work with large context windows—like analyzing a 50-page PDF—along with its more natural, human-like writing style, makes it my go-to tool for research, coding help, and drafting content. What do you dislike about Claude?

What I dislike about Claude is that it feels more restrictive than other AI tools, and it sometimes refuses queries that ChatGPT would answer. The free version also has very low usage limits, and it can get slow or even unavailable during peak hours. On top of that, it doesn’t offer real-time internet browsing like some competitors, so for newer or fast-changing topics its knowledge can end up feeling a bit outdated. What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude has been solving our content creation, research, and coding assistance needs. I use it every day to summarize long research papers, draft emails and proposals, and debug code when I get stuck. The large context window is especially helpful because I can upload entire documents and still get accurate, coherent summaries. Overall, it has cut my research time by 60% and noticeably improved the quality of my writing. It feels like a smart thought partner when I’m working through more complex tasks.
