"Clear, Instruction-Following Help That Keeps My Research Work Organized"

What do you like best about Claude?

I am using Claude every day to manage my road accident and safety research project, and I am finding it genuinely useful. As a project lead and coordinator, I am juggling many tasks, and Claude is helping me stay organised. It is explaining complex topics in simple language, so I am understanding traffic safety concepts faster. While I am working through my internship at the Regional Transport Office, I am drafting reports, summaries, and emails with Claude, and it is saving me hours each week.

What I like best is how clearly Claude is responding. It is following my instructions closely, and it is adjusting the tone, length, and format whenever I am asking for a change. I am also noticing that it is helping me structure my ideas, so my research documents are becoming more professional and easier for my teammates to read.

Another benefit I am discovering is how patient it is. I am asking follow-up questions again and again, and Claude is never making me feel rushed. It is also helping me plan tasks for my team, which is keeping our project moving smoothly.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I am finding Claude very helpful, but a few things are frustrating me. Sometimes it is giving long answers when I am wanting a short one, and I am having to ask again for a simpler version. I am also noticing that it cannot see my earlier chats unless the context is shared, so I am repeating details about my project from time to time.

When I am working on topics like local road data, Claude is sometimes giving general information instead of figures specific to Dehradun, so I am verifying everything myself before I use it in my reports. I am also feeling that it is occasionally too cautious or too agreeable, which is making me double-check its answers.

Another small issue is that I am hitting usage limits during busy work days, and this is slowing me down when my team is waiting on a deadline.

What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Claude, I was struggling to turn large amounts of road accident data and research notes into clear, organised reports, and it was taking me hours every week. Now I am using Claude to draft summaries, structure my research documents, and write professional emails for my team and my Regional Transport Office internship. As a project lead, I am also planning tasks and coordinating my teammates more easily, which is keeping our road safety project on schedule. Claude is explaining complex traffic safety concepts in simple language, so I am understanding new topics faster and making fewer mistakes. As a result, I am saving roughly 5 to 6 hours each week, my reports are becoming clearer and more consistent, and I am feeling less stressed when deadlines are approaching.
