What do you like best about Claude?

It’s easy to navigate and feels very intuitive overall. The Hubspot and Gmail integrations have saved us a ton of research time. Prompt responses are pretty fast, even when I’m juggling multiple chats at once. Pricing also seems fair for what it can do right now. Whenever something comes up, customer support has been quick to resolve it. The web artifacts builder automation has been a real game-changer for creating personalized views for our customers. What do you dislike about Claude?

I have to remind it every day who I am, even though I’m logged into my own account, because our team has multiple users. It also doesn’t pick up my phrasing and voice as quickly as some other AI systems I’ve used. Occasionally, it will send something without my explicit permission. What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude can pull research from multiple pages at once and focus only on the relevant information, which saves us a ton of time compared with the manual research we were doing before. We can also block out general messages and have Claude tweak the details based on its research, so we can quickly review, approve, and get back to more pressing work.
