I think the best thing about Claude is that it feels way more advanced than other AI. I like using the co-work feature, especially for tedious tasks like archiving articles, and it's able to do it on its own. It's also been helping me edit my videos by letting me give it an overall sense of what the video is about. It then helps guide me to figure out what to put in the video. Also, when it comes to graphic designs, I can drag and drop some images and a rough idea, which helps get me started on graphic ideas. I integrated it with my Gmail, and Claude One helped me create the email. Once we get to where I want it to be, it's able to send it right then and there, so that's been really easy. As far as support and onboarding, I think it's been pretty solid. Anytime I had a question, the Claude support team has been pretty good at responding as quickly as possible. As far as performance, I think it's pretty good. There are some times when it doesn't really listen to me when I'm trying to say something. One thing I do like is that it doesn't always just comply with what I'm saying. It always gives me some pushback on certain things and flags certain things, so it's not always trying to disagree with me. It's actually trying to help me. As far as pricing, based on how much time I use it, I think it is $20 a month. I think it has definitely helped me with my workflow. I have a business that makes around $5,000 or $6,000, and Claude has definitely helped with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Something I may dislike about Claude is that, compared to ChatGPT, I feel like ChatGPT can create text that is a little easier on the eye. I feel like sometimes Claude is a little too rigid in that regard, so that's something he could work on. Another thing: I feel like they have so many really cool features, but I don't know how to use them, so sometimes it is kind of overwhelming. I wish there was something easy for someone to pick this up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
