What do you like best about Claude?

What I appreciate most about Claude is how it helps me augment my own skills rather than replace my thinking. I use it to challenge my assumptions, sharpen my analytical skills, explore different perspectives, and improve the quality of my work.

I particularly value its native integrations with third-party apps and tools, which make it easier to incorporate AI into existing workflows. Claude's Artifacts feature is another standout, especially the ability to create, visualize, and interact with live prototypes, dashboards, and UI/UX designs. It makes moving from an idea to something tangible much faster and more intuitive.

Beyond its technical capabilities, I also appreciate Anthropic's emphasis on AI safety, ethics, and responsible development. It's important to me that the tools I use are not only powerful but also built with a thoughtful approach to their broader impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

My biggest frustration with Claude is its token cost, which feels disproportionately high, especially for complex, iterative work that requires extensive context and multiple refinements. Usage limits can also be restrictive, interrupting workflows just when you're getting into deeper analysis or problem-solving.

Customer support is another area that could use improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness, accessibility, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Given Claude's positioning as a premium AI tool, I would expect a more seamless support experience.

I'd love to see more competitive pricing, greater transparency around token consumption, more flexibility for power users, and stronger customer support to match the quality of the product itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Claude, working across multiple tools and platforms often meant switching between applications, manually consolidating information, and spending significant time on repetitive tasks. This created inefficiencies and limited how quickly we could move from analysis to execution.

Claude has helped us streamline these workflows by connecting different tools, centralizing context, and accelerating tasks such as research, data analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and prototyping. Its integrations and interactive Artifacts have been particularly valuable in turning ideas into actionable outputs without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

The biggest benefit has been productivity. We're able to accomplish more in less time, reduce manual work, and dedicate more attention to strategic initiatives and higher-value decisions.
